Iowa City, Iowa -- Lincoln's Joe McWilliams won the 27th annual Old Capitol Criterium Sunday, beating a star-studded field that included one of Lance Armstrongs United States Postal Service teammates, Robbie Ventura. McWilliams, riding for Team Kaos, broke away with Aric Hareland of Minneapolis, Minn., early in the 75-minute event and the pair nearly lapped the pack. Ryan Nenninger of Davenport, Iowa, finished third.
