Oct. 22 — Tim Farnham led Team Kaos Sunday with a second-place finish at the second race of the Nebraska Cyclo-cross Series at Standing Bear Lake.
Racing in the single speed category, Farnham was runner-up to Cow Town Cycling’s Chris Locke of Kansas City, Mo.
Sunday’s course was nearly identical to Saturday’s one-mile circuit, but was raced in the opposite direction.
In the Men’s B race, Tommie Ralston rode to a fourth-place finish while Ted Blume was fourth in the Masters 45+ event and Theresa Blume also finished fourth in the women’s division.
HRRC/Specialized’s Steve Tilford of Topeka, Kan., easily won the Men’s A race for his second victory in two days.
The Nebraska Cyclo-cross Series resumes Nov. 19 with the state championship race at Pioneers Park in Lincoln. |
